All About Personnel with Tempo Professional Services (AAP/TPS) was founded with the goal of providing high quality staffing and management consulting services to small, medium, and large sized companies. Our primary objective in our staffing and consulting engagement is to improve our client’s profitability by increasing productivity, improving quality and competitiveness, and reducing turnover by finding the right talent in industries we specialize in.

Due to expansion, we are in current need of a Selling Branch Manager for the LaSalle County area that will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Branch Manager is responsible for developing and streamlining administrative procedures, while fulfilling client and internal recruitment goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Ability to cold call, brand and sell B2B
  • Manage relationships with clients, employees, internal staff, and corporate team.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with new client business in your respective territory.
  • Provide general support to employees
  • Responsible for managing recruiters by ensuring office operations/procedures are handled while fulfilling the needs of customers.
  • Ensure that results are measured against standards while making necessary changes along the way
  • Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance
  • Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed
  • Responsible for recruiting staff for the office and providing orientation and training to new employees
  • Ensure the top performance of office staff by providing them adequate coaching and guidance
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Evaluate and manage staff performance
  • Recruit and select office staff
  • Coach, mentor, and discipline office staff

Education and Work Experience

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Energetic professional experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and sales-oriented tasks
  • Work independently with little or no supervision but the ability to lead a team.
  • Well organized, flexible, and enjoy challenges of the everyday detail of recruiting and staffing.
  • Associate or a bachelor’s degree in Management or related field or combine experience
  • 2-4 years in office management
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
  • Have reliable transportation to travel
  • Flexible with work schedule
  • Working in the Staffing Industry is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with quality, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media, selling B2B, and knowledge of the staffing industry
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, initiative, and personal motivation.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
